We have great success in making sure that these properties are leased to qualified tenants and that they are properly maintained. We are not doing our job if we do not keep your expenses low and income high.

HPK has the capability of complete management of your property. HPK’s clients include long-term and out-of-state clients as well, and the reason for the trust and long-term relationship with the clients is due to the high standards and integrity of the company.

HPK is concerned about filling your vacancies as promptly as possible to prevent loss of rent but yet concerned and dedicated to providing you with qualified residents. We do a complete screening with references, previous landlords, and employment. Each adult prospective resident must complete a detailed application and provide documentation verifying employment, income, social security number, and so on. A credit check is run on each adult applicant with strict requirements.

HPK collects monthly rents and serves 3-Day Notices as needed. Tenant rents are deposited into the Client Trust Account, which is governed by (and in compliance with) the rules and regulations of the Department of Real Estate. HPK has the capability of paying all expenses for your property including, but not limited to, your monthly mortgage, gardening, utilities, insurance, property taxes, and so on. Clients are provided with a monthly (including year-to-date) statement, which includes a detail of all income and expenses for your property and an owner disbursement (as appropriate). HPK uses a well-known property management software program, which provides HPK (and their clients) with precise, detailed information. The monthly statements also include copies of HPK invoices for maintenance performed.

HPK feels preventive maintenance is important for every property. All properties are inspected on a regular basis to ensure that the properties are in compliance with safety, health, and City codes.

HPK has a fully licensed and bonded maintenance staff who are experienced, reliable, and available seven-days a week, twenty-four hours a day for regular and emergency calls.
HPK has a GREAT office staff with over fifty years of combined experience.
