Clients are provided with a monthly (including year-to-date) statement, which includes a detail of all income and expenses for your property and an owner disbursement (as appropriate).

Preventive maintenance is important for every property

HPK has a fully licensed and bonded maintenance staff who are experienced, reliable, and available seven-days a week, twenty-four hours a day for regular and emergency calls.

All properties are inspected on a regular basis to ensure that the properties are in compliance with safety, health, and City codes.
