HPK works to fill your vacancies as promptly as possible to prevent loss of rent, while staying dedicated to providing you with qualified residents. We do a complete screening with references, previous landlords and employment. Each adult applicant completes a detailed application with documentation verifying employment, income and identity, and a credit check is run with strict requirements.
HPK collects monthly rents and serves 3-Day Notices as needed. Rents are deposited into the Client Trust Account, governed by and in compliance with the rules of the Department of Real Estate. We can pay all expenses for your property, including your mortgage, gardening, utilities, insurance and property taxes. You receive a monthly and year-to-date statement detailing all income and expenses, with copies of maintenance invoices.
Preventive maintenance is important for every property. All properties are inspected regularly to ensure compliance with safety, health and city codes. Our fully licensed and bonded maintenance staff is experienced, reliable and available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, for regular and emergency calls.
